TenderFit product and subscription terms

1. Provider and business use

TenderFit Canada is provided by A&S Digital LLC DBA VirtuaTech, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste H, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. The service is for business use. Contact: infos@virtuatech.co.

2. Service

Subscribers receive access to a standardized weekly screening brief built from public procurement data through their Stripe-confirmed subscriber link. It highlights apparent opportunity and barrier signals and includes a downloadable CSV. It does not include bid writing, custom consulting, legal advice, or an eligibility decision.

3. One-time digital toolkit

The Canadian Bid Decision Toolkit costs CA$19 as a one-time digital purchase. After Stripe confirms payment, the buyer receives a protected ZIP download containing the current fillable PDF, quick-start file, and licence. The purchase does not renew automatically.

The purchasing business receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to reuse the toolkit for its own internal bid decisions. It may share working copies internally, but may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or use the blank toolkit as a competing product.

4. Subscription and renewal

The validation offer costs CA$49 per month and renews automatically until canceled. Stripe processes payment. You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method supplied at checkout for each renewal.

5. Cancellation, digital delivery, and refunds

You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time. Subscription access continues through the paid billing period. Because the toolkit is delivered immediately as a digital file, toolkit purchases and payments for a subscription period in which a brief has already been delivered are generally non-refundable, except for duplicate or unauthorized charges, a defective or materially unavailable file that we cannot replace, material non-delivery, or where applicable law requires otherwise. 6. Taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Each party remains responsible for taxes it is legally required to report or pay.

7. Reliance and no guarantee

Always read the official notice and every attachment. TenderFit does not guarantee completeness, bid eligibility, contract awards, revenue, or savings.

8. Acceptable use

A subscription is for the purchasing business’s internal use. You may not resell or redistribute the brief as a competing product.

9. Availability and changes

Public-source outages, format changes, or corrections may affect timing and content. Material subscription changes apply prospectively.

10. Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and our aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. New Mexico law governs these terms without limiting mandatory rights in the customer’s jurisdiction.
