TenderFit privacy policy

1. Who we are

TenderFit Canada is operated by A&S Digital LLC DBA VirtuaTech, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste H, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Contact: infos@virtuatech.co.

2. Information collected

At checkout, Stripe may collect your name, business information, email, billing address, tax information, and payment details. TenderFit does not receive or store full card numbers. This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies.

For a paid toolkit purchase, TenderFit stores the Stripe Checkout Session ID, Stripe customer ID, email, payment-event ID, purchase time, and limited source reference needed to verify entitlement and deliver the protected file. A secure first-party cookie may retain the Checkout Session ID on the buyer’s browser so the download can be accessed again.

When a visitor intentionally opens Stripe checkout, TenderFit stores the time, page placement, a coarse acquisition-source label, and a random checkout reference. This record does not contain the visitor’s name, email, IP address, or payment details. It is used to measure the offer funnel and reconcile a later paid Checkout Session.

TenderFit also records a qualified page engagement only after an eligible public page remains visible for at least 15 seconds and the visitor interacts by scrolling, clicking, or using the keyboard. The record contains a random event ID, page category, coarse source label, and time. It does not contain the visitor’s name, email, IP address, browser fingerprint, or page content.

When a visitor intentionally downloads a free TenderFit template from its public page, TenderFit stores a random event ID, the template name, a coarse source label, and the time. Same-site request signals are used to reduce automated crawler noise. No name, email, account, IP address, or document content is stored for the download.

3. How information is used

• Provide onboarding and the weekly brief.
• Verify a toolkit purchase and provide the protected download.
• Manage billing, cancellation, payment failures, and support.
• Prevent abuse or disputes and meet accounting obligations.
• Improve the product using limited operational feedback.

4. Service providers

Stripe processes checkout and subscription information. Vercel hosts this website and its private service records. If transactional email delivery is activated, the email provider will process the limited data required to deliver the service. These providers may process data in Canada, the United States, or other locations under their own privacy terms.

5. Public procurement data

TenderFit processes public procurement records from official sources. Subscribers should not send confidential bid information because the validation service does not require it.

6. Retention and rights

Transaction records are retained as required for service, accounting, dispute, and legal purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to legal retention duties, by emailing infos@virtuatech.co.

7. Security

We use access controls and encrypted transport. Stripe operates the secure payment environment. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes

Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
